Refer a Church
or Client

We Built Our Team Around the Rare.

The best work we get comes from someone who already trusts us.

Almost every church we serve came to us because another church mentioned our name. If you have sent someone our way — thank you. This page is how we say it properly, and how we make it worth doing again.

You do not need to be a client, a partner or anything formal. If you know a church, ministry, artist or business who would benefit from what we do, tell us who they are and we will reach out — carefully, once, and with your name attached so it is not a cold approach.

How it works
  1. Tell us who they are and why you thought of them. Two fields and a sentence.
  2. We contact them within two working days, mentioning that you suggested it. No pressure, no follow-up campaign.
  3. If they become a client, we say thank you properly — see below.
  4. We tell you either way, so you are never left wondering whether anything came of it.
What we’ll never do with a referral
  • Contact them more than once if they do not reply.
  • Add them to a mailing list. A referral is not a lead magnet.
  • Tell them anything you told us in confidence about their situation.
  • Use your name without saying we are using it.

How We Say Thank You

Three models, with the trade-offs
Account credit.
ONE.

A fixed credit against the referrer’s own next project — say £100 for a referral that converts, or a percentage of the first invoice. Simplest to administer, keeps the money inside the relationship, and works well when most referrers are themselves clients. Recommended as the default.

Cash commission.
TWO.

A percentage of the first invoice paid out. More motivating for non-clients and trade partners, but creates an administrative and tax trail, and — for a Christian brand serving churches — can make a pastor uncomfortable about recommending a supplier they are paid to recommend.

Gift to their ministry.
THREE.

A donation or a free service — a day of media training, a sermon series design pack — given to the referrer’s church rather than to them personally. Culturally the strongest fit for this brand by some distance, sidesteps the awkwardness entirely, and produces a story worth telling.

FOR OTHER SUPPLIERS

Trade & Production Partners

We’d rather send work to you than do it badly.

There is a great deal we do not do. Structural work in a sanctuary. Specialist acoustic engineering. Large-format print production. Video at a scale that needs twelve cameras and a truck. When a brief needs one of those, we would rather introduce a firm we trust than stretch to cover it and deliver something ordinary.

We are looking for the same in return. If you build websites but a client asks for a livestream, if you run an AV installation business but the church also needs a brand, if you are an agency who needs production capacity — that is a partnership worth having

What a trade partnership looks like
  • Work passed both ways, tracked honestly, with no expectation of one-for-one balance.
  • White-label where you want it. We are content to work behind another agency’s name, and we already do.
  • Clear ownership on joint projects. One party leads and holds the client relationship. Nothing corrodes a partnership faster than a client who is not sure who they are dealing with.
  • Named contacts on both sides, so an enquiry does not have to be explained from the beginning each time.
Who we’re particularly looking for
  • AV installers and acoustic specialists
  • Large-format print and merchandise producers
  • Web and software developers who do not cover media
  • Event production companies and venue technical teams
  • Design agencies needing photography, film or streaming capacity
  • Christian charities and networks with member organisations to serve

FOR EDUCATORS AND CREATORS

Teaching church media already? Let’s not duplicate the work.

If you write, teach, film or speak about church media, our Academy courses may be useful to your audience — and two of them are free, so there is something to give before there is anything to sell.

  • A tracked link, so enrolments you generate are attributed to you
  • [ A share of paid enrolments — RATE TO CONFIRM ]
  • Free access to the full catalogue for yourself
  • Early sight of new courses, and input into what gets made
  • Co-produced material where it makes sense for both audiences

Why We Exist
Church Networks & Denominations.

One conversation, better terms for all your churches.

Denominations, church networks and associations face the same media problem at scale: thirty churches, thirty different suppliers, thirty different standards, and no leverage on any of it. Several of them are also quietly funding the same mistake thirty times over.

A network partnership gives your member churches preferential terms, a single accountable supplier, and a shared standard — without the network itself taking on the administration or the liability.

What a network partnership includes

  • Preferential rates for member churches [ TERMS TO CONFIRM ]
  • A free media audit for the network to understand where its churches actually stand
  • Group training days, priced per network rather than per church
  • Shared brand and template systems where the network wants visual consistency
  • A named contact for the network, separate from the individual church relationships
  • Honest reporting to the network on what its churches are asking for

Tell us which of these you are.
