About AltarSeal Media.

01Who is AltarSeal Media?
We are a UK Christian media house serving churches, ministries, gospel artists, charities and faith-driven businesses. We work across three suites — Church Media Production, Creative & Production, and Branding & Media Consultancy — covering twenty-two disciplines from livestreaming and media installation to websites, branding, podcasts, print and training.

We are based in North London. We are able to commute to different areas across London and the UK at large.

Yes — Christian-owned, Christian-led, and open about it. Faith and ministry are the heart of our work and our identity.
No. Churches and ministries are our heartbeat, and they remain our largest body of work. We also serve gospel artists, Christian charities and schools, and commercial clients across legal, care, education, transport, construction and hospitality — to exactly the same standard.

All of them. We have served Pentecostal, Charismatic, Baptist, Methodist, Apostolic, Anglican, Reformed and non-denominational congregations. We do not require churches to share our positions on secondary matters, and we do not bring them into the work.

Alytarseal was established 2025 to concentrate on the Christiandom. The founder has 10 collective years of experience in this field ; transition from what once was just a voluntary work to a skill and thereafter a profession. These experience provides us with hands-on approach in supporting your team to maximise the effort of your volunteers efficiently whereas propagating the gospel.

Services.

01What exactly do you offer?
Twenty-two disciplines across three suites. Suite One, Church Media Production, is the Sunday-to-Sunday operation — streaming, media setup, training, social, websites, graphic design and department management. Suite Two, Creative & Production, is the work that leaves the building — podcasts, broadcasts, photography, film, motion design, print, merchandise and web builds. Suite Three, Branding & Media Consultancy, is the thinking underneath both. The Services page lists every one.

Yes. That is the Church Media Solution — every discipline in Suite One under one contract, one point of contact and one standard. For churches without the people to build a team at all, we also run fully managed departments, with a written handover pathway for the day you want to run it yourselves.
Both. Plenty of clients commission a single website, event or brand identity and nothing else. Others move onto a monthly retainer once the first project lands. Neither is treated as more important than the other.

Yes, and most churches eventually do. Combined engagements share one scope, one contact and one production calendar, which is usually where the real saving is — not in a discount, but in the coordination you stop having to do yourself. We offer a lucrative MULTI-SERVICE PRICING – a discount ladder of 10% for two services rising to 25% for seven or more.

Ask anyway. The list reflects where we have worked, not the limit of what we can arrange. If it is outside what we do well, we will say so and point you to someone who does it properly.

Yes for remote work — design, web, branding, podcast production and consultancy travel fine. On-site production and installation outside the UK is possible for larger engagements, with travel costs quoted openly and separately.

Pricing & Payment .

01How much does it cost?
Almost every service on this site carries a published from-price, so you can build a budget before you speak to anyone. Livestreaming starts at £400 per event, church websites at £450, media setup at £650, training sessions at £450, social media management at £249 a month, graphic design from £100. Exact cost depends on scope — submit a service request and you will have a written quote within two working days.

Because a church board should be able to plan a budget without booking a sales call first, and because it filters out conversations neither of us wanted. It also means you can compare us honestly against anyone who will not tell you what they charge.

Our standard pricing is already built for ministry budgets rather than corporate ones, so we do not run a separate ministry discount on top. What we do offer is honest scoping — we will tell you when a cheaper option is the right one, and we have talked churches out of purchases they were ready to make.

We do accept Bank transfer, and debit or credit card. We also accept payments via PayPal and Stripe as well as BAC bank cheques

Depending on the nature of service and associated cost, we take a commitment deposit of upto 60% of total charge. This is set out in our Terms of Supply,  and confirmed in every written quote before you commit. In outline: smaller projects are payable in advance, larger ones are split across milestones.

This is covered in the Cancellation & Refund Policy, and the position there is the one that applies. In outline, a deposit covers work that begins the moment you accept — scheduling, reserving crew and dates, and pre-production — so it stops being refundable once that work has started. Your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected.

For larger projects, yes — milestone-based structures built around real budget cycles, including capital campaign and grant-funded timelines. Agreed in writing before work begins.

How We Work .

01What does working with you actually look like?
Six steps, the same every time: discovery, scope and quote, design and prep, production, delivery, then handover and support. The Process page walks through what you approve at each stage and what you own at the end.

Most projects begin within two to four weeks of a signed agreement, depending on the calendar and the scope. If you have a hard date, tell us early — availability, not capability, is usually the constraint.

A single event stream can be arranged in a fortnight. A church website typically runs six to ten weeks. A full brand identity runs eight to twelve. A sanctuary installation depends entirely on the building. Every quote includes a phased timeline, and we would rather give you an honest date than an optimistic one.

Yes. We will send our standard terms during quoting, so nothing in the contract is a surprise at signing.

We quote the additional work in writing and wait for your approval before doing it. No work is ever added to an invoice that was not agreed in advance.

You will have one named contact for the whole engagement and a scheduled update rhythm agreed at kickoff. We answer messages within one working day.

Tell us straight away. We would far rather adjust in the middle of a project than discover at handover that you had been unhappy for three weeks. Our complaints route is set out in the Terms of Supply and it is a real process, not a formality.

Technical .

01Do you bring your own equipment?
For production work, yes — we arrive with what the job needs and with backup. For installations we specify, source, install and commission the equipment as part of the project. For training we usually work on your equipment, because the point is that your team can run their own room.

As a working guide, a stable 10 Mbps upload will carry a good 1080p stream and 25 Mbps gives comfortable headroom; 4K wants considerably more. Stability matters more than headline speed — a wired connection at 10 Mbps beats intermittent Wi-Fi at 50. We test your connection during discovery rather than guessing, and we carry mobile bonding as a fallback where the venue is unreliable.

Yes — YouTube, Facebook, your own website and custom RTMP destinations simultaneously from one production.

Whatever your team actually uses. As standard: broadcast and web video exports plus social-sized cuts; print-ready PDF, PNG, JPG and SVG for design, with source files; WAV masters plus MP3 for audio. Source files are included — you own what you paid for.

Yes for the deliverables you commissioned. Ownership, licensing and the handling of third-party assets such as stock music and fonts are set out precisely in the Terms of Supply, because this is the single most commonly misunderstood part of any media contract.

[ TO CONFIRM. State one retention period, state it here, in the Terms of Supply and in the Privacy Policy identically, and make sure your actual storage matches it. A published retention period you do not keep to is worse than none. ]

Training & the Academy .

01Do we need experience to start a course?
No. The introductory courses assume nothing and are written for volunteers, not broadcast engineers. Two are completely free.

A course is self-paced and online. On-site training is us in your building, on your equipment, with your team — which is the faster route when the problem is your specific room rather than general knowledge. Most churches end up doing both.

They are ours, and they certify that a volunteer has completed a structured programme and demonstrated competence.

Yes, and it works better that way. Group and organisational training is quoted per church.

Our interior design services cover everything you need to create a stunning and functional space. From initial concept development and space planning to selecting color schemes, furniture, and custom designs, we bring your vision to life.

Before the equipment. Before the launch. Before the mistake.

Your Data &
Your Privacy.

01Is our information safe?
Yes. Data is encrypted in transit, held in line with UK GDPR, and never sold or shared for marketing. The Privacy Policy sets out exactly what we hold, why, for how long, and who processes it on our behalf.

Only with your written permission, and you choose how much is shown. A great deal of our work is never published — installations, internal training and pastorally sensitive material in particular. If you would rather stay anonymous, that is completely normal and we honour it.

This matters more than most churches expect, so we handle it properly. Before any service or event we agree with you how attendees will be told that filming is taking place, how someone opts out, and how children are handled. We follow your safeguarding policy, and where you do not have one for media we will help you write one. Full detail is in the Privacy Policy.

Yes. Email info@altarsealmedia.co.uk and we will respond within one month, as UK GDPR requires. Some records — invoices in particular — must be kept for a statutory period, and the Privacy Policy says which.
