Your written proposal: scope, timeline, deliverables, line-item pricing and acceptance terms.
Review.
Then, in your own time.
Then, in your own time. Review it, ask questions, adjust it. There is no expiry pressure and no follow-up campaign.
Acceptance & Agreement.
Once you accept.
A simple agreement, a kickoff date, and work begins — typically within two to four weeks.
