Let's talk before you build.
Forty-five minutes of being sold something you did not ask about, followed by six weeks of follow-up emails. That is not what this is, and saying so plainly matters more than promising it charmingly.
Thirty minutes with someone who does the work, at no cost and with no obligation. Whether you are rethinking the Sunday stream, planting a church, launching a podcast or trying to work out where to start — you will leave with more clarity than an afternoon of searching would give you, and a written summary within one working day.
What it is
- Thirty minutes with a senior member of the team — someone who does the work, not someone who only sells it.
- An honest read on where you are, where you want to get to, and what is actually in the way.
- Specific recommendations you can act on immediately, whether or not you ever hire us.
- A safe place to ask the awkward questions — about budget, about equipment you already bought, about a supplier who is not working out.
- A written summary afterwards, so you have something to take to your board.
On prayer
Most of the churches and ministries we speak with want to open and close in prayer, and we are glad to. Others — including many of our commercial clients — would rather simply get to work. Both are completely fine, and you will be asked rather than assumed.
What it isn’t
- A pitch. We will not pressure you, and we will not chase you.
- A slide deck. There is no demo. It is a conversation shaped by what you need.
- A data-collection exercise. Your details are used to hold the appointment and nothing else.
- If we have not understood your situation well enough to say something specific, we have wasted your half hour.
Two Words. One Standard.
Pick the one that fits. Same calendar.
1. Free consultation
— 30 minutes, online, no cost
For anyone weighing up a project, a purchase or a change of direction. The default, and the right choice if you are not sure which to pick.
Best for: a first conversation, a second opinion before a major purchase, or working out what to do first.
2. Site visit and survey
— 60 to 90 minutes, at your building
For streaming, installation and setup projects, where the room decides most of the answer. We look at the space, the acoustics, the sightlines, the power and the network, and you get a written summary of what the building will and will not allow.
Best for: a new sanctuary, a system upgrade, or a stream that keeps failing for reasons nobody has diagnosed.
3. Client review .
— 30 minutes, online, existing clients
A scheduled check-in for churches already working with us. Progress, priorities, what is not working, and what the next quarter should look like.
Best for: retainer and managed-department clients. Your account lead can also book this for you.
Who Should Book.
And if none of those is quite you but you have read this far — book it anyway. That is usually a sign.
What You Leave With
Most free consultations leave you with a few useful thoughts and a follow-up email trying to book another call. You will get a short written document instead.
- A summary of the conversation and the key things it surfaced
- Three to five specific recommendations, in the order we would do them
- Links to anything free we mentioned — a course, a checklist, a buying guide
- A referral elsewhere if your need falls outside what we do well
- A costed proposal, only if you asked for one
We do this because informed clients make better partners, and because a church we advised honestly and never invoiced still tells other churches about it. Both outcomes are fine by us.

Pre-call questions
Four, no more. Every additional field costs bookings.
- Your organisation and your role — so we know who we are speaking to.
- What you have at the moment — equipment, website, team, however roughly.
- What is frustrating you — free text, and usually the most useful answer of the four.
- What would make this call worth your time — it sets the agenda, and it is a question almost nobody asks.
